MSNBC Mom is taking over the Internet on Wednesday after a funny moment with her son made it on air!
While NBC News correspondent Courtney Kube was reporting on the Turkish airstrikes in Syria for a live segment, her adorable son casually wandered on set to get his momma’s attention.
BBC Dad can relate!
Kube, who was in the middle of discussing the breaking news surrounding Turkey’s troops, handled her little one’s interruption like any parent would do: a good laugh and some multi-tasking as she tried to get back to a more pressing subject. She shared:
“Excuse me. My kids are here — live television!”
MSNBC shared a clip of the viral moment with the tweet:
“Sometimes unexpected breaking news happens while you’re reporting breaking news.”

One colleague, Katy Tur, responded with more support for the #WorkingMom, writing:
“I couldn’t love this more. You’re amazing.”
And Julia E. Ainsley, a fellow correspondent, responded with:
“Mother of twins and best on the beat. @ckubeNBC does it all.”
How would U have handled this situation, Perezcious readers?? We want to hear your best working parent stories in the comments (below)!
